Accessibility Statement

Caribbean Portals wants everyone to be able to browse and request a quote on this site, whether or not they use a screen reader, a keyboard, or text magnification.

Our goal

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is ongoing: we test the site with automated tools and fix what we find.

Known gaps

We would rather tell you than have you find out:

• Some photo gallery dialogs do not trap keyboard focus while open.
• A few search filters are not yet programmatically associated with their labels.

Both are being fixed.

Third-party tools

This site does not use accessibility overlays or automatic accessibility widgets. We prefer to fix the code: those tools do not solve the underlying problems, and the disability community itself advises against them.
